UB Fellows program is a special training program offered by United Board of America for the mid –career faculty and administrators from Asian Colleges and Universities. It’s a two year program in which a fellow can spend one semester in an American university and one semester in an Asian University. Spent one semester at St. Olaf College, Minnesota USA and one semester at Fu Jen Catholic University, Taiwan. This training program has provided me a chance to learn about different styles of leadership, organizational structure and educational management.

Received the IASACT Scholarship in 2008.

IASACT (Institute for advanced Study in Asian Cultures and Theologies) is a six week residential program of the united board. IASACT scholars undertake research and writing in the broad area of Asian cultures and theologies and complete a working paper while in residence. Only 16 scholars from Asian universities will be selected to this program every year. I spent six weeks at The Chinese University of Hong Kong during June 8th to July 17th , 2008. It has provided me the opportunity to strengthen theological understanding in worldwide Christian Universities and Colleges. I had presented a research paper titled: Christian Mythology and Traditions in Asian Culture: A Folklore Analysis with special reference to St. Thomas Myths.
